Ryan was born in California, raised in south Louisiana. So, when it comes to food he is no stranger. However, he's been active in some sport or fitness related activity since the age of 4. Growing up, he played Division 1 college soccer and went on to compete in bodybuilding competitions. He also has a pretty rockin' playlist!
